Yousra is a salient Egyptian actress who took part in over 100 films and TV series over the course of her 30-year career. She received over 70 awards at festivals, such as Cannes, Venice, and Cairo. Three of her works were selected among the 100 Best Films in Egyptian Cinema History: Hadoota Masriyyia (1982), Al Avocato (1984), and Al-Mohager (1994).

Since 1995, Hend has played remarkable roles in several Egyptian & Tunisian films, receiving over 25 international awards in recognition of her achievements as an actress.

Award-winning filmmaker/actress Nadine Labaki was born in Lebanon, and grew up during the years of civil war, obtaining a degree in Audiovisual Studies in 1997 from Beirut’s Saint Joseph University. Her graduation film won the Best Short Film Award in Paris at the Biennale of Arab Cinema and she immediately moved into directing television commercials and music videos for popular artists in the region, garnering several awards.

Princess Rym Ali is an internationally renowned journalist and the founder of the Jordan Media Institute (JMI). JMI was created with the goal of establishing a new standard of journalism education in Jordan and the region. Under her leadership, JMI has educated over 600 journalists from Jordan and around the world. Prior to founding JMI, Princess Rym worked as an international news correspondent for respected outlets such as BBC, CNN, Bloomberg, United Press International, and Radio Monte Carlo. She also served as a Baghdad correspondent from 2001 until 2004.
