"Afghans don't have a lot of opportunity to learn about the issues taking place here in the United States, and most of their shows are about policy and politics. This gives Afghans the opportunity to expand their understanding of the United States including not only policy, but also culture, the arts, and philanthropy."
– Ambassador Said T. Jawad
