Monica Villavicencio

Monica got her start in radio as a National Public Radio Kroc Fellow. During her time at NPR, Monica worked on the National Desk, Weekend Edition Saturday, and Digital News. As part of her fellowship, she also covered local news for WBEZ-Chicago. Her previous work experience includes teaching English in Tokyo and working as a shopkeeper at an antiquarian bookshop in London. Monica holds a B.A. in English from Columbia University and a M.S. in Social Anthropology from the London School of Economics.
