Kevin Fletcher

Kevin Fletcher joined an international financial institution in Washington, D.C., shortly after receiving his Ph.D. In this capacity, Dr. Fletcher has provided detailed economic advice to governments in Azerbaijan, Lithuania, Mongolia, the Philippines, the Solomon Islands, Turkey, and Vietnam. He has also worked on more general issues relating to fiscal policies in developing countries. He is an occasional lecturer for courses on economic policy and has published several papers, including "Fiscal Dimensions of Sustainable Development," and "Issues in Domestic Petroleum Pricing in Oil-Producing Countries." Dr. Fletcher received his Ph.D. in Economics from Harvard University.
